Meet Coach Lochlainn

Hello there! I first began Steel Mace Training over 6 years ago because of my interest in unconventional training tools and the desire to heal the pain in my shoulders.

After the mace healed and strengthened my shoulders, I began experimenting with Mace Flow - a dynamic and challenging style of Steel Mace Training. I found passion, energy, and a deeper sense of strength.

Out of joy and inspiration, I've been teaching Mace Flow for nearly 3 years to bring thousands of people into greater strength and mental focus.
